I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Sep 2017
Interview
Very simple process. Submit yourself application and resume when they open. You will be contacted via email for a video interview. Very brief, but definitely brush up ok your interview questions and answers. Be prepared to make your interview space as professional as possible. Slightly awkward bc you are just looking at an image of yourself while you answer and a timer counting down. So be prepared to give relatively quick answers. Smile!! Then you will be contacted via email for an in person interview in which case they will fly you to the nearest interviewing hub. When there you will meet many other applicants, usually anywhere from 35-50. Make friends with everyone as you are always being observed. The flight attendants that interview you are very personable and you will feel comfortable immediately. Just be you and smile. It can actually be a very enjoyable day. You may hear that day or they may choose to contact you via email in the weeks after your interview. You’ll then be placed into a training class and will be expected to complete the 6 week training course where you will learn all that you need.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
