I received a text with the interview schedule and selected a time. The Interviewer was easy going, warm and welcoming, the process was done over video call. Started with questions and completed the process quickly. I was asked 5 questions.

1. Tell about a time a customer blamed you for something you didnt do.
2. Tell about a time you worked with people who you didnt know.
3. Tell me about a time you helped a stranger.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
