I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2022
Interview
Got there gave my id and proof of vaccine. After I was escorted to a room to interact with other applicants . It was a presentation, the FIRST group exercise was putting together a cart. Then it’s was one on one interviews . They make a effort to make you feel comfortable . Everything on glass door wasn’t in my interview but everything was behavior questions . I dressed great , answered the questions great, and vibed with the interviewer. Just remember it’s something in your resume to help you make it this far and they see potential in you . So I was super surprised I wasn’t offered a On the SPOT CJO however I did get a TBNT the next day and I can reapply after 60 days email .

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
