Can you work in inclement weather? Can you lift, push, pull, 70+ lbs.? Can you meet the needs of United's 24/7 operation (flexible schedule)? Are you willing to submit to a drug test? Can you pass a 10 year background check? Do you have any felonies? Can you adhere to uniform policies (you buy your own uniform bottoms: navy blue Dickies are the norm - long or short pants are fine)?
Behavior Questions:
Tell me a time where you saw someone doing something unsafe tell me what happened how did you approach the situation and what was the outcome
Name a time you were involved with or witnessed an unsafe act; how did you handle it?
Have you ever had to deal with a different culture? What was it and how did you handle it?
How did you deal with a situation were other employees were not carrying their weight?
Hint* To echo the other poster, these are behavioral interview questions and they are looking for you to answer these questions using the STAR technique: Situation (What was happening, What I observed), Task (My duties, my objective, my goal was...), Action, Result.
