I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was lengthy and time consuming. I spent months waiting to hear back between each step in the process to see if I made it to the next. First step was online assessment, second step was a video interview, third step was an in person interview where they fly you into Houston the night before, you have to pay for you own hotel and transportation. The next morning at their headquarters, you stay there for hours as they watch you and interview you in multiple stages. Some group interviews, and then one on one interviews.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
