I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
You’re in a big group when you first get there, and a current flight attendant gives a PowerPoint presentation about everything you need to know regarding the position/company. They then split you up into smaller groups and have you do a beverage cart setup together. You then go back into the big group and wait to be called for your one on one interview. It was a mediocre interview process in my opinion and I would consider other airlines before this one.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
