-Time Line- 08/28/22 Submitted Application 09/01/22 Recieved invitation for video interview(self-recording) 09/05/22 Submitted video 09/09/22 Recieved invitation for Face to Face interview I was given multiple option of interview day and time(9AM/ 1PM) 09/27/22 Face to Face interview in Huston I was surprised that all process went very quick. You get free flight boucher to fly to Huston(not international flight). However you still cover for place to stay and food. I scheduled myself to arrive the venue 30mins early to have time to relax. When I arrived there there were 20 people there. After checked in they took us to the office where is on 12 floor. Started with an orientation, they explained about company, pay, reserve system, relocation system. etc.. you can ask questions anytime during this orientation (I didn't ask anything) A lady who conducted the orientation was really friendly and has great humor, she was really funny. After the orientation they splited us to group and did an group activity.(it was about 20mins) set-up push cart(there was instruction paper) with situation(I don't recall what situation I was given), and we were given questions " how would we respond to a customer who requests alcohol beverage before fight off? (Because we can not serve alcohol beverage before flight off. It's against to regulation) a recruiter pretended the customer and we answered (responded) it. After that, we went back to a main room and wrote a letter to a child hospital while waiting for 1 on 1 interview. They called out candidates name one by one for the interview. There were about 40 candidates total, and I was called third from the last. This super long waiting time made me very nervous, but other candidates were very friendly and helped me to relax. - 1 on 1 interview - I was given about 7 questions. I asked her to repeat the question few times. (The recruiter was extremely patient)
