Interview
I interviewed in Houston and it lasts 4 hours. Arrive a couple minutes early 10-15min. Get to know the other candidates in the lobby that helps if you re anxious. Interview consists of a presentation about the job, group activity(work as a team and show customer service skills)and 1:1. if you re offered a cjo you will do a reach/jump seat/drug tests in the same day. Study all Star method questions from Glassdoor it will help you get ready for the 1:1 interview and Be Yourself!!!!

Question 1
1-how you handle a situation where you didnt have a solution? 2- tell me about a difficult time and how you handle it? 3- tell me about a time you have to work with a difficult coworker? 4-tell about a time you had a language barrier? 5-Why do you want to be a flight attendant?

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
