It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
I submitted to United airlines per a gate agents suggestion. I submitted late that afternoon. Heard from them the next day. Was asked to do a video interview the following day. I had 5 days to complete my interview. I completed my video interview 2 days later. After gathering necessary information in regards to the specific questions to be asked during the interview I felt prepared. I even did my research on which questions were to be asked. So I had all the answers already formulated in my head. The time came to doing the interview I wasn't nervous until I clicked on that screen and saw the countdown. 6 questions in total all with a time frame of 3 minutes with a 30 second prep time. That sort of time restraint is aggravating to person that doesn't formulate well with a computer screen it's simply too impersonal. Had it been a f2f or phone conversation it would have faired a little better and nerves would have taken over. So I'm doubting that ill get a f2f interview after my nerve racked video interview.
The questions below were the ones naked during the video interview. It may vary or it may not, but these were the questions.
But if by some fluke chance from the grace of the gods and ancestors I get a call back I'll updated you with more information.
