I applied on-line on United's web-site. I had to take an assessment on airline problems that can happen. I then was asked to take a virtual interview. I was offered a FTF at Newark Airport.
Well structured interview process, waiting for next step in hiring process. Difficult questions. I would advice to prepare thoroughly for this process, dress the part, smile and most importantly be authentic.
