I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (South San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online through United's website. After filling out the application, I got an email asking me to do the webcam interview. This was very different, so I prepared a lot for it. I read and practiced all the questions on this site for 2 days before completing the webcam interview, which I think went very well. I felt really confident afterwards. They emailed me the next morning offering me a face to face interview. When I called to schedule it they let me pick whichever hub I wanted to go to, I picked San Francisco because I have never been to California before. My f2f interview is next Friday. I am VERY excited and trying to practice and be as prepared as possible. I got a few tips from a flight attendant friend: Dress EXACTLY like a flight attendant dresses, don't wear flats and don't wear heels taller than 3 inches, MAKE SURE you wear lipstick, wear your hair up, and socialize as much as you can with the other interviewies. Talk about safety a lot, and of course don't forget to smile. I will update this after my interview.
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
