I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process was pretty simple. First I was invited to complete video Hirevue interview. The next day, I was invited to book a complementary flight to Houston, TX for a f2f interview. Arrived the day of the interview, was the first 1 there. Mingled with other people as well as the recruiters. Two recruiters came in and introduced and went over company details. The only difficult part was waiting for your name to be called. It seemed as though we were waiting for a while but it was worth it.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
