Submitted my resume online and answered a few assessment questions. Days later I was invited to complete the video interview which I completed the following day as I prepped for it. Two days after I submitted my video interview I received the invitation for the group session/ F2F interview in SFO. It was a great experience. I felt confident, the other applicants (about 10 of us) were excited and we introduced ourselves to each other and socialized. The group session was very informational about reserve, days off, relocation, and the pay. This helped me ease any nervousness. They call you one by one for the F2F interview. I answered all the questions strong and confident along with keeping a smile. I felt great. The recruiter who interviewed me then asked me to follow her for the next steps (I thought I passed onto the second interview) she directed me to the shuttle and recommended to catch an earlier flight back home since I had finished prior to my scheduled flight.
