I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
First you do the virtual introduction, second you do the virtual 1 on 1, and then if you pass those steps, you get a F2F (face to face) interview in Houston. It is group setting and be prepared to socialize during the free periods you will have during this day.
Also remember that when you do activities with your groups that you are not dominating the conversation. And aren't acting like a dictator. You are to be a team player. This also means you do need to share your thoughts as well and not just mimic what other people say. After the group activities are done, they will half of the groups into a uniform display room while the other half does a reach test & tattoo check (where u sign paperwork stating u have no tattoos in the red areas). After all that then they start calling people to the 1 on 1's, everybody does this step. It is just a roleplaying activity, I wasn't asked any questions here personally. Then you will get socks after you finish.
After the 1 on 1, if you are told the "we'll evaluate and get back to you in 5-7 business days" and you head downstairs, you did not get the job offer. If you head upstairs then you got the job.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
