I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied on the 1st of this month (Feb). A couple days later, I was sent a link to the Video Interview. I I got invited to an F2F on the 9th. I'm on my way to the F2F interview tomorrow (Feb 17th). All you have to do in the video interview is be yourself. Have great lighting and make sure wherever your one sided video, its quiet. Study all the video questions everyone posted. They're very helpful The answers come naturally if you have been in said situations as a customer representative. The best advice anyone can give is to be yourself and know the questions they may ask are things you have gone through before or will have.
Best of Luck

Question 1
When was there a time where you would have handled the situation differently?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
