Quick and easy, I had experience.Met with manager, saw the branch and trucks. Got to meet some of the employees and union rep. Shared previous employment history.Met with office staff.

Interview
The interview process for me was extremely straightforward. They did not try to hide the cons of the industry as I was interviewing for a portable toilet cleaning position. They seemed very excited to interview me and allowed me ample opportunity to ask questions.

They asked about my experience in the sanitation industry and if I would be comfortable in the position I applied for.
Ok interview was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Said that they were big on hiring veterans. That was a lie. Very disappointed. Lousy recruiter also. Never answers emails.
