I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied, took two assessment tests, received an email from a recruiter asking to interview the next day. You’ll go over the job description, training, and pay. You will talk about your last three jobs and will be asked a a few behavioral questions. I was told as soon as the interview was over that I was being scheduled for a second interview for the next day. During the second interview I was interviewed two customer service supervisors, they explained the job in more detail along with shift times and pay. They asked 3 questions each one one explained the shift times again and asked if I was okay with working holidays sometimes and possibly a Saturday. I was told they were still in the interview process and they may or may not be in contact in about a week. A week and a half later I received a phone call offering me a backup position. If someone dropped or didn’t pass their background check, I would be called. If not, I would be put in the next training class. Didn’t hear anything until the morning of training a month later asking me if I was still interested. I started that same day.
