4 parts, simulated phone calls, (a) phone rings then you click the phone icon to pick up the call, (b) caller states information, (c) make sure you enter the phone # first and then remember name to enter on the search criteria screen, (d) you then choose the best answer to respond to the callers needs - you are given 3 choices, (e) one part requires you to send an email about a credit increase, one part requires you to take a payment over the phone, one part requires you to sell a package - air, hotel, rental car, etc., (f) make sure to choose carefully. It is tricky but doable. You have 30 minutes to get through the 4 calls. TRICK - Once you know how you will respond to the caller click it and then hit submit. The statement you chose is read back to you but you do not have to LISTEN to your response because you just read it. You are asked a set of TRUE/FALSE behavioral questions.
