Hiring Manager called me for 30 min interview. But, she didn't even have my resume with her....she said she is still waiting for my resume from the Hiring Team.
When I started giving my answers ...after a few sec...she jumps to a different question without even letting me to complete the answer. Next morning, literally after 16 hours, they offered me the job. I accepted it.
But, very unprofessional, bad planning, not prepared well and so on.
