Applied online, assessment test, was taken when I applied.. a week later had a phone interview, then a week later have the 1:1 interview. Very laid back and they ask behavioral questions.. know the mission statement and company values. All questions want you to give a situation and what u did. They use the aSTAR rating method

Process was fairly easy. Company uses STAR interview method so if you have knowledge in that you should be good. First interview will be a recorded interview where you will record yourself. They give you a limited amount of attempts to record yourself. Second interview is virtual, however with an actual recruiter.
