Applied online and was instructed to do on-site testing. Taken to a room with computers set up. Very nice representative walked you through your resume to make sure it was complete. Then there was typing and comprehension questions. After test was complete, a representative walked you out to the front and if you passed, you were given an interview date.
Interview was two days later. Very easy going representative. Asked five questions. The hardest was "explain one time when you took the blame for something that you didn't do".

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.

Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.
