Interview
I first applied on the company web site, I then received a call asking if I would come it for an interview and testing. I passed the interview with recruiter and then do my skills test. I passed the skills test and we set up an interiew with a supervisor. I went to the interiew answered some questions. Did a few little skills, and gammar test. Then was offer the job and I accepted.

How to say a few prescription medications correctly. They were very big names and did not always sound like they were spelled.
The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Explain a situation where you had to assist an unhappy customer.
Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.
