I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Eden Prairie, MN) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied after talking to a recruiter at my college's career fair. I had an initial video interview that had 5 typical behavioral questions. About 2 weeks later, I was contacted to come to the HQ for an interview. This consisted of a tour with other applicants, 3 individual interviews, and a question panel with current employees in the program. Overall, I had great communication with UHG and Optum. All the interviews were behavioral questions, and why you are specifically interested in the position. I heard back in less than a week with an offer.
