I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2018
Interview
The recruitment team is quite bad. They reach out to you as they are interested in you as a candidate for the vacancy that has come up and ask you to let them know if interested. When you do that, they go silent! It turns out that the job was not left vacant but the recruitment did not have the decency to come back to you and tell you that, instead after them contacting you first they just did not respond.

Interview
It was all virtual interviews for a remote role. In total, 3 separate interviews to meet with various levels (hr, hiring manager, panel with equivalent level employees). Questions felt more about personality fit versus resume/skills; which in retrospect is telling.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Oct 2023
Interview
Four interviews spread out over three days. Very organized; behavioral -type questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions at the end of each interview. Everyone was on time for the interviews, they listened to my responses and asked follow-up questions.
