Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on Indeed and recruited me to apply for this position. I applied for the position and they wanted me to move to the "next step" interview. Their next step was to do a video interview where I was to answer pre-screened questions on video.
I decided not to proceed with the interview process. Any company that won't take the time to pick up the phone or have someone meet with me to discuss the opening isn't worth my time. Clearly, recruiting is not a priority.

Interview
The first interview was a video interview. I was given two questions in regards to how I would handle working with difficult people. I was given multiple opportunities to re-record my response before submitting. The second interview was via video with the hiring manager. The interview was about an hour and I was asked questions that required me to give examples of a time I experienced a situation and how I was able to resolve. My interview experience was great! The hiring manager was very pleasant and engaged in my responses. The interview process from application to offer was a little over a month.
