Interview
For such a big company the hiring process went pretty quick. From the time I submitted my resume to the time I received an offer was about 5 weeks. I interviewed with about 6 people, including the HR phone interview. Everyone was very nice, very friendly. They talked about the culture, which is great.

They had a test in the application process to see if you're a good fit into their culture. It wasn't hard, you just need to be yourself. I think more companies should do this.
