Telephone interview only so far...hopefully will progress. I was told about the company...hiring process described. Now I wait. The interviewer was not well versed in job specifics but was knowledgable about the company and leadership qualities being sought.

Called to come in for one on one idividual interview and then called back for second interview with top Administrator who was much more stiff and was not as pleasant as the first interviewer who seemed more relaxed but asked tough questions. Overall, the experience was good but unfortunately I was not chosen.
