The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Jan 2008
Interview
Submitted the job application through company website, meanwhile sent resume directly to the hiring office staff, got the acknowleged emails right after submission, scheduled phone interview with HR staff for the following week, the interview went through about 30 minutes, at the end I was told not meet the mininum experience requirements.
Two months later, got another call from hiring manager directly asking what's the status of my application, because they did not hear from HR. After telling him that I was no longer under consideration by HR, the manager scheduled onsite interview right away for the following week.
Onsite interviews consisted four individual 1 on 1 with senior level people, most questions are behavior and typical walk through resume, last 4 hours.
Offer was extended one week later.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Teams interview with manager. Then, despite a few follow-ups, was ghosted. Sent in my withdrawal weeks later and got a prompt response only then. Bush league.
I got an email saying that I was scheduled to interview after applying in late June/ early July. I waited all week and checked my inbox every day for the email. A few days later, I got an email saying "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding the position" and that they had chosen someone else. Meanwhile, I have never interviewed with anyone at the company for this role, meaning they emailed the wrong person. This company is extremely disorganized and recruiters are ruining so many candidates chances at getting a job here. This is definitely not a place I'd work at. To start with, they spelled the name of the position wrong in the title. Thankfully I got an offer at their competitors company.

Interview
Interview process was great until they decided to just hire someone with experience in that role already, thereby wasting my time and investment on multiple interviews. No recourse was offered afterward by HR or the like and the hiring manager couldn't be bothered to reach out to me himself. Would not recommend this company to anyone, I guess unless your employer uses them for their scam health insurance.
