First initial interview was a phone call by a recruiter calling to go over with details of the job position and deeper information about the company backgrounds, the benefits, the hourly pay. The recruiter usually responds with a warm greeting to the recruiter then will move to the next phase by setting a 2nd interview with the pharmacy supervisor to ask you for more up close interview with you. Moving forward to the 2nd interviews consists very straight forwards questions to see how you are and how can you handle certain situations with your coworkers and your customers. I was able to answers the questions and scenarios with confident. The supervisor closed the interview with hoping to see you soon gives you a clue that you are hired. After the interview,I was notified by email of my start date after 4 days by a phone call from the recruiter.

I had three interviews. The initial phone interview was with a United Health Group recruiter. The second interview(which took place approximately 3 weeks later) was with hiring supervisor and the 3rd and final interview was with hiring supervisor and lead. The interview questions were basically the same each time.
