I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Eden Prairie, MN)
Interview
I got in touch with UnitedHealth through my universities career fair. Had an online interview which consisted of recording my answers, which was a bit awkward. Afterwards, I received an invitation to go to their headquarters. This consisted of a very organized full day of seeing the company and 2 45 minute interviews. Typical interview questions, everyone was extremely friendly.

Interview
Screening interview recorded via video chat then went to office to meet with four or five people. The screening interview was behavioral based questions, such as tell me about a time you displayed leadership. The in person interview was questions based off of my resume and about whether or not I was a good fit. Everyone was very nice and I was comfortable the entire time.
