This was a strange interview. I was asked a few questions about network terminology. The remaining time the interviewer was telling me about himself, and the role. Then he asked me mind bender questions which are unrelated to any occupation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Concord, NC) in Nov 2009

There was only two interviews. Both were in person. There is nothing hard about the interview process. You will be sold false hope in the interview that you can grow within the company.
