UnitedHealth Group hiring process consists of a phone interview, face-to-face interview(s), pre-employment background investigation, reference checking and post-offer drug screen. In some instances, pre-employment testing/assessment may also be required. The process took a month from the time I applied to the time I got the job offer. And it took almost 2 months from the time I applied to the time that I actually started.

Interview
Process was fairly easy. Company uses STAR interview method so if you have knowledge in that you should be good. First interview will be a recorded interview where you will record yourself. They give you a limited amount of attempts to record yourself. Second interview is virtual, however with an actual recruiter.

Interview
Took about 2 months process was good, and very easy loved the video interview , very to the point I later did a live video interview with a hiring lead. Took about 4 days to a week for call back , im overall excited about the process , when they say "you will be rewarded " they mean it.
