Online interview recording then 1 45 min session on Teams. Talked with recruiter for early careers after interviewing. Sent interview invite with 10 people. Then recieve an offer within a week with 2 weeks to accept or decline. For selling medicare and retirement plans.

The interview process was great! Everyone was very personable and eager to learn more about me. The questions were average. They asked about my skills and why I was interested in the role.

Video interview recording yourself, then phone, then zoom interview. Wasn't bad. They asked the same questions from the video interview in the zoom interview. Just prepare and you will do just fine.
