I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Feb 2024
Interview
I completed an assessment of questions. Then I was contacted to do a video interview which allowed you to record your responses. The final step, was the interview with the recruiter. I feel that my interview process went very well. I actually over answered all questions asked. However, the recruiter didn’t seem interested or engaged in the conversation. She kept cutting me off without allowing me to finish my thoughts. I have years of experience in Customer Service. My expertise is in Healthcare IT & as a Help Desk Analyst, which exceeds the requirements of this role. So receiving an email stating that they wasn’t extended an offer was shocking as all of my prior roles require more brainpower than to just answer phones. I feel like my interviewer was bias.
The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.
