Somehow organized. Phone interview was on time with the interview; right on the dot she called, and lasted for 25 minutes. She immediately offered an interview face-to-face with the Manager, but did not mention that there is a second interviewer. Just a week after, I had met the Manager, unexpectedly another person came with her, they asked several questions made turns with one another, only nodding head, and you were unsure if really you hit well the right things in their mind. They said will let me know within 2 weeks, but a week after job posting said that the job is no longer available, so I followed-up with the same recruiter but she started her PTO for 2 months, I had to be transferred to different recruiters, and a week after finally a recruiter called me to say that my application was "rejected", it was heart breaking because I put all my hope and effort that I thought I made well in that face-to-face interview but it turned out as chaos. It degraded my self-esteem, imagine that Manager told me 6 positions were opened and offered, but I did not even make it considering the fact that my experience would cover quite suffice the position well, maybe they did not like my personality, but anyway it is their decision, cannot do anything about it, it was really a learning experience, but right now I moved on and still hanging on with my current job.
