I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I found this position in Whova app during ICLR 2019 conference. Their senior data scientist wanted to meet me during the conference but I was busy. Instead I sent them my resume and stated that I am still interested. I had four interviews, first one with HR specialist, a technical interview with the senior scientist of the team and a another less technical interview with the team manager. I felt that the position fit my interest and they felt the same. I had a call from the recruiter for an offer, 30 minutes after the technical interview. And I accepted the offer.

Interview
the process is very strange
It's not clear who checks the homework, I was interviewed twice in a row within a month (don't know how cooldown period works there). The first time they wrote comments what wasn't okay for them, and the second time I interviewed I took those comments into account to fix homework. Again reject, no explanation

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Dec 2022
Interview
The recruiter contacted me via email. I was asked to fill in all times I was available for an interview. My interview was one week after I had received the first ('no-reply') email. We had a 30 minute meeting where I got an introduction to the team's tasks, I introduced myself and the interviewer asked me a series of questions.
