I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 stages:
1. HR interview
2. Hiring manager
3. Take-home assignment
4. 6 interviews in a row, each of 30 minutes or more
Overall the process was clear at every step and communication was also good. My only complain was that the only feedback I received was that they were looking for someone "more Senior", which is something that can probably be detected from the CV and not at the final stage of the process after many interviews and lots of time spent (both mine and the interviewers'). Unity seems like a really good company.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
The interview took place in four steps. I spoke with the recruiter about my background and interests. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager where they asked me some general javascript questions and talked more about working at Unity. After that I completed a technical test on codility which included three tasks; they were not difficult. At the end I met with the team and had multiple back-to-back interviews. I didn't get an offer at the end, apparently due to my lack of extensive experience. I find that peculiar because the technical questions were more on the junior side and it was clear on my resume that I was a junior. I wish I asked about the level of experience they were looking for so I didn't have to spend a month going from step to step and preparing for each one. The overall experience was good. My recruiter was great and supportive throughout the process, and the team was also welcoming and friendly.

Question 1
They asked generic front-end questions, like how to optimise Fibonacci.
The whole process took me almost 2 months, that in my opinion is quite long. In total it was 6 interviews and one code testing. All the process was clear and everything was really well explained.
