I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
My interview process was long & challenging yet rewarding. I was in contact with Unity for almost 3 months, interviewing for multiple positions in that time. My recruiter was extremely helpful and definitely helped the company realize my potential. Along the way I was met with difficult presentations & assignments that tested my professionalism & business acumen. However, I also received wonderful feedback from all of my interviews. Prepare to be tested- if you commit yourself to it, Unity will find a place for you.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied online. Nice experience overall, but the recruiter could have been more professional. First round interview is just to learn more about you, 2nd round is a panel interview with behavioral and questions to learn more about you, your experiences, and technical knowledge. 3rd round is a technical interview where you present a piece of your own work just so you can demonstrate your abilities and communication skills.
