The Unity interview process is extremely thorough, but when you read about Unity's hiring philosophy, this is very much in line with hiring 'A' people. The HR person I had assigned to me corresponded with me directly via text and was extremely responsive after each interview. I usually knew within hours whether or not I was proceeding. She was a true advocate for the company and sold the job to me in the first phone screen! I appreciated the peer interviews and enjoyed the case study component. There's definitely a time investment on the part of the interviewee, but it's all in the name of hiring the best candidate. The interviewers were fair and the interview questions were standard and straight forward.
