Interview
Their recruiter found me through LinkedIn and introduced me to the company. Followed by screening by the hiring manager and then the full panel interview. Offer was rolled out in about 1 week.
The process was extremely smooth and rapid. I was impressed by the candidate focus shown by the recruitment team.

Interview
The initial interview with the recruiter was great. They were easy to talk to, asking general questions about my background, interest in the position, and salary expectations. They said I should expect to hear back from them in 1-2 days and that they would be recommending I move forward to the next round. However, I did not hear back from them for almost 2 weeks. Not a huge deal, but it would have been better to be honest up front and not leave candidates in limbo.

Interview
This process consisted of a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and three 30-minute Zoom interviews for the virtual onsite. The final step before offer is reference checks.
