Question 1
Aside from the writing test, most questions were situational or about soft skills and culture. One call was mostly dedicated to questions about inclusion and belonging.
Process took about three weeks from first to last interview, covering six interviews in total with various members of the team up and down the chain of command and HR. Included an interview with an HR 'leadership specialist'.

Question 1
Focus generally on leadership, management.
Was asked several times about 'inclusion' and 'empathy'. The interviewers seemed to be asking these as canned questions pushed by HR policy as they couldn't clarify what the questions meant when asked. These political questions seemed very out of place, awkward.
