The interview process was overall a very positive experience. A recruiter reached out to me about a role and even outlined their interview process and what I should expect at each step. The interviewers were great and the interviews went smoothly. They were really respectful and responded to all the questions I had.

Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds that consisted of an initial phone screening, interview with the hiring manager, and then a series of conversations with the rest of the team. I felt the process was very effective for introducing candidates to the multiple team members and adjacent stakeholders that they will be interacting with everyday. All of my interactions with the company were fantastic -- everyone I encountered is smart and passionate. In all, the process was very smooth and inviting which says a lot given the constraints of virtual recruiting as a result of the pandemic.
