Interview
The company's recruiter had no idea what they were doing. I was completely speechless after this interview and had a feeling I wasn't going to be moved forward due to the recruiters lack of understanding of the position and softwares.
I asked some pretty standard questions regarding the type of software the company uses (what type of CRM, ERP, CPQ) and she could not answer them.
I was then asked about my skills in billing when the position itself is unrelated.
