Interview
I met multiple times with several people. I was told would have one last interview for the position. I never heard back even after multiple follow-ups. It was frustrating and seemed disorganized.
A couple rounds of interviews where they asked about my past experience and how it can contribute to the company. It was with HR first and then with the hiring manager, the process went quite quickly because at the time they were looking to fill in the role sooner so the whole process took 2-3 weeks.
