I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I applied online at the company website, was emailed a month later to arrange an appointment for an interview at the Human Resources department onsite. I arrived dressed to impress, suit and tie, and was appalled that many were there in casual clothing, including t-shirts, shorts, and flip flops.. NOT ok for an interview. And even worse that they still got hired.. I immediately knew something wasn't right when I noticed literally EVERYONE was getting hired.. Even the horribly dressed people. But I first had an interview with an HR representative who then pushed me through to an interview with a manager of the Pass Sales/Vacation Planning department who was very nice and and offered me the job on the spot. I was then sent to do fingerprinting for a background check, which I think meant nothing considering most employees and candidates there.. Then had my picture taken for my badge, then filled out some paperwork and was given an orientation/training start date for the following week.
