Interview
It was over the phone. Maybe 30 minutes or so. After they asked me some questions I was offered the role. They asked me if I preferred any particular locations and based on my answers I was offered food runner or server.
Done over the phone, I was asked a series of questions about previous work experience etc. Then offered the position on the spot at the end of the call. It was a very simple process, I finished orientation about 2 weeks later and was working by the 3-4 week of being hired.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL) in May 2013
Interview
Large hiring event. Took a timed test. Met with various department representatives. After offered jobs by a couple of representatives I finished the hiring process with HR.
