Application: Applied online. Timeline and Process: Initial phone screen with a recruiter who went over my background, basic skills, and the details of the role. Second round was a panel phone interview with the full team. Third round was on-site in Orlando. This included two panel interviews: one with upper management in engineering and another with the same team from before. Also got a tour of one of the attractions as part of the on-site visit. Flew home the following day. Overall Impression: The process was thorough and well-organized, with clear communication at each stage. The in-person interviews and attraction tour were helpful for understanding the role and the work environment.
