Unknown Planner interview questions

I was hired on during a job fair and due to it being the holidays, they needed a lot of new seasonal associates. This is definitely the best time to apply because they aren't as picky as they normally would be. First, I had to apply online because there are certain skills tests you have to complete on the application site and also you have to submit a resume. They won't complete your interview without completing the skills test. 2nd, since it was a job fair I just had to hand them my application and wait in a line alongside others who were there for the same reason. During the interview they ask questions such as, "What are your best qualities?", "If we hire you, how would you help benefit the company?" After she asked me a few questions she just told me that she would review my skills test and look over my resume and she would let me know within the next few days. Sure enough I got a call from the human resources manager telling me I had recieved the job.

screening through of resume and cover letter followed by a round of short phone interview of about 30 mins. contents were related to personality, school activities and preferences such as hobbies and other standard fit questions.
