I had a phone interview. I was told it would last about 45 minutes. We talked for about 10. The man told me he was looking at my resume and had a few questions. He asked if I had graduated from college. It clearly says on my resume that I have a Bachelor's degree. There were no behavioral type questions for that interview. One month later, I received another email (from the same man) asking to set up another phone interview. I sent him good times to talk and received a reply telling me that email had been sent to me by mistake. Very unprofessional.
