A Senior recruiter from UTA reached out to me about a position as IT Director. I told her I was interested, and went through the process of taking their online tests. I then was sent a link to take a video recorded interview. This process was very cold and unfriendly. Very bad system, with limited time to articulate the answer to the questions. It also doesn't allow for human interaction, severely limiting your ability to make an impression.
After the recorded interview. I was sent a rejection email, with no explanation. I reached out to the recruiter that SOUGHT ME OUT, and asked for feedback. She would not respond. A few days later, I reached out to her again. She still would not respond.
Very rude recruiter, that needs some training on professionalism. The recruiting/interview process for this company is awful, impersonal, and cold.
If this is a reflection on how the actual company is ran, I would steer clear.
